What documents do I need to provide to rent a vehicle?
When picking up the vehicle, you must present: Proof of identity (identity card or passport). A valid driver's license (minimum 1 year or 3 years for certain categories). A debit or credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover (excluding Electron & Maestro) in the name of the main driver (for the deposit and payment).
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes! Depending on the terms of your booking, you can modify or cancel via our website or by contacting our agency.
Fees may apply depending on the cancellation notice period.

What insurances are included in the rental?
All our rentals include basic insurance with a deductible.
You can purchase additional options to reduce or eliminate the deductible in the event of an accident.
What is the amount of the security deposit?
The amount of the security deposit depends on the type of vehicle and the insurance policies chosen. It is held on your credit card and released upon return of the vehicle if no damage is found.
