What documents should I provide to rent a vehicle?
When taking charge of the vehicle, you must present: an identity document (identity card or passport). A valid driving license (1 year minimum or 3 years for certain categories). A debit or credit bank card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover networks (excluding electron & maestro) on behalf of the main driver (for deposit and payment).
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes ! Depending on the conditions of your reservation, you can modify or cancel via our website or by contacting our agency.
Fees may apply depending on the cancellation period.

What insurance is included in the rental?
All our rentals include basic insurance with frankness.
You can subscribe to additional options to reduce or remove the deductible in the event of an accident.
What is the amount of the deposit?
The amount of the deposit depends on the type of vehicle and the insurance chosen. It is blocked on your bank card and returned to the return of the vehicle if no anomaly is noted.
